The objective of this study is to analyze the current queueing system and survey the customers ’satisfaction Significant factors in this study of queueing systems are the service time and waiting time in queue. Main factors in surveying the satisfaction of customers are gender, age, occupation and satisfaction in various aspects. Data was collected from the record sheet, then the distribution and parameters of variables in the queueing system were found by using program Arena.
The result showed that the distribution of service time in the 90 days reporting section is Lognormar, and the distribution of service time in the re-entry permit section is Erlang. The distributions of waiting time for service in both sections are Poisson distribution. The current queueing model for reported a 90 Day section is G / M / 1: FCFS / ∞ / ∞ and the current queueing model for re-entry Permit section is E_k / M / 1: FCFS / ∞ / ∞. According to the survey of customers' satisfaction, it was found that the majority of respondents are male (50.9 %), aged between 20 and 30 years old (40.2 %), and career as employee or worker in the private company of household (41.2 %). Overall of customers’ satisfaction about Chiang Mai immigration in these two sections are moderate. The most satisfied aspect is the service officer, while the least satisfaction is the building/location.
