ก่อนการปฎิบัติงาน
3.1 พนักงานต้องผ่านการอบรม EHS

3.5 ปิดกั้นพื้นที่บริเวณปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมติดตั้งป้ายเตือน และห้ามผู้ไม่เกี่ยวข้องเข้ามาภายในบริเวณปฏิบัติงาน

3.6 สวมใส่อุปกรณ์ PPE ที่มีมาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด (WI-SR-001)
3.7 ติดตั้งถาดรองเศษชิ้นงานจากการเลื่อย และฉากกั้น บริเวณที่ทำการเลื่อยชิ้นงาน
3.8 ตรวจสอบชิ้นงานไม้ที่จะทำการเลื่อยว่าไม่มีเศษโลหะ หรือตะปูในแนวที่จะทำการเลื่อย ถ้าพบต้องกำจัดออกก่อนทำการเลื่อย
3.9 การป้อนชิ้นงานเข้าทำการเลื่อย ชิ้นงานต้องอยู่บนที่พักชิ้นงาน
3.10 อย่ากดชิ้นงานกับใบเลื่อยมากเกินไป เพราะจะทำให้มอเตอร์ชำรุด หรือชิ้นงานสะบัดออกมา
3.11 ขณะใช้งานถ้ามีเสียงผิดปกติ หรือเครื่องเลื่อยสั่นมาก ต้องหยุดเครื่องทันที เพราะมันเป็นสัญญาณอันตรายว่าใบเลื่อยไม่สมดุล หรือมอเตอร์ทำงานเกินกำลัง
3.12 ก่อนทำการเปลี่ยนใบเลื่อยทุกครั้ง ต้องดับสวิทซ์เครื่อง และดึงปลั๊กไฟฟ้าออก
