ปี 2546-2557 – ทยอยลดภาษีเหลือ 0-5% ให้มากรายการที่สุด

1 ม.ค. 2552 – ลาว พม่า เวียดนาม สินค้า 100% ของรายการทั้งหมดลดภาษีเป็น0-5%
