เติม ซึ่งฉันประเมิน Effort แล้วพบว่า ถ้า

จะต้องดำเนินการทั้ง 3 Module อาจไม่สามารถส่งมอบงานตาม Plan ได้ และอาจ

เป็นความเสี่ยงต่อ Project ได้
จึงอยากจะขอความชัดเจนของงาน Module CO-CC และ CO-PC ว่า
- ผู้รับผิดชอบ Module CO-CC และ CO-PC สามารถเริ่มงานได้เมื่อใด
- กรณีผู้รับผิดชอบไม่สามารถปฎิบัติงานได้ แต่ต้องส่งมอบงานตาม Plan จะมีแนว

ทางการแก้ไขอย่างไร

ทั้งนี้ กรณียังไม่มีความชัดเจน พี่ขอดำเนินการงานที่ได้มอบหมายใน Module: CO-PA
