การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของพนักงานบริษัทเบนสัน จิวเวลรี่ จำกัด เกี่ยวปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของพนักงาน และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบผลกระทบรวมของปัญหาพนักงานในบริษัทเบนสัน จิวเวลรี่ จำกัด ในจังหวัดนครปฐมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 297 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสถานภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 26 – 30 ปี ส่วนใหญ่จบมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. ในส่วนของรายได้ต่อเดือนนั้นพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้ต่อเดือนอยู่ระหว่าง 9,001 – 15,000 บาท ตำแหน่งงานส่วนใหญ่เป็นพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติงานในโรงงาน ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 5 – 10 ปี
