พบว่าผู้เช่าห้อง 441/30 ไม่ได้ให้ความร่วมมือในการปฎิบัติกฎระเบียบในการพักอาศัย.
ยังคงส่งเสียงดังยามวิกาล และรบกวนการพักอาศัยเจ้าของร่วมท่านอื่นๆ.
ฝ่ายบริหารจัดการจึงขอให้เจ้าของห้อง 441/30 ไม่ต่อสัญญาเช่า และขอให้ผู้เช่าห้อง 441/30
ย้ายออกจากอาคารภายในวันที่ 25 มกราคม 2014
