ดิฉันไปพักที่ หรรษาสมุย 3 คืน ดิฉันประทับใจในบริการและโรงแรมมาก 1. โรงแรมมีวิวทิวทัศน์สวยงามมาก 2. สระว่ายน้ำมีระบบทำน้ำอุ่น เป็นสระเกลือ และอยู่ติดทะล ดังนั้นเมื่อไปว่ายน้ำทำให้รู้สึกสบายและผ่อนคลาย 3. ห้องพักคว้างขวางและมีการตกแต่งอย่างทันสมัย 4. พนักงานมีความเป็นกันเอง ดูแลเอาใจ สุภาพเรียบร้อย และ มีจิตใจให้บริการ คุณพ่อดิฉันไม่ได้ไปเที่ยวเกาะกับฉันและคุณแม่ คุณพ่อจึงอยู่ในห้องโรงแรมทั้งวัน คุณแซม (front office manager) ได้ดูแลเอาใจใส่โดยการโทรศัพท์ถามคุณพ่อว่าจะให้ช่วยเหลืออะไร และนำผลไม้ไปให้ด้วยตนเอง ในช่วงเย็น คุณหลำ(front office) ได้บริการรถตู้ ไปรับส่งโดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเป็นกรณีพิเศษ นอกจากนี้ คุณฝน(front office)ก็มีการต้อนรับดูแลอย่างเป็นมิตร ฉันและครอบครัวซาบซึ้งในน้ำใจของ พนักงานโรงแรมนี้มาก เนื่องจากมีการบริการที่มากกว่าการบริการทั่วๆไป จากโรงแรมอื่นๆที่เคยไปพักมา ขอแนะนำ โรงแรมนี้สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการไปเที่ยวเกาะสมุย คุณจะไม่ผิดหวัง

การได้มานอนที่รีสอร์ทแห่งนี้นับเป็นจุดไคลแม๊กซ์ของทริปฮันนีมูนตลอด 3 อาทิตย์ของพวกเราและเขาก็ไม่ทำให้เราผิดหวัง เราแนะนำที่นี่เพราะว่า 1.ห้องพักน่ารัก สระอาด วิวสวยเห็นสระน้ำและทะเล 2. ทีมงานที่คอยช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี 3. สระว่ายน้ำที่นี่ดีมากๆ เห็นวิวเกาะพงัน ซึ่งคุณจะได้ว่ายน้ำและพักผ่อน 4. ทำเลสุดยอด เดินนิดเดียวก็ถึงหมู่บ้านชาวประมงเพื่อไปกินอาหารและบาร์ที่ดี 5.ราคาใกล้เคียงกับที่บริเวณหาดเฉวงซึ่งถ้าคุณต้องการมาที่หาดเฉวงก็เสียเงินแค่ 40 บาทเท่านั้น ค่าคอกเทลที่นี่มา 2 จ่ายเพียงหนึ่ง มีสองครั้งต่อวัน 7.ร้านอาหารดีมาก พวกเราไม่ได้มาเรียนทำอาหารที่นี่แต่เห็นแ้ล้วน่าจะดีมาก ภรรยาผมมาใช้วริการสปา เธอชอบมากแม้ว่าจะแพงไปหน่อยก็ตาม เป็นโรงแรมที่ชอบมากที่สุดที่หนึ่งเท่าที่เคยพักมา บางคนพูดเรื่องถนนแต่พวกเราก็ยังไม่เห็นรถเท่าไหร่นัก พวกเขามีรถรับส่งหลังโรงแรมอยู่แล้ว ขอแนะนำ
