การวิจัยครั้งนี้ วัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถในด้านการคิดและแก้ปัญหาของเด็กนักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนวัดไทร (สินศึกษาลัย) หลังการจัดประสบการณ์การประกอบอาหาร
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ เด็กปฐมวัย จำนวน 20 คน ที่กำลังศึกษาภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2559 โรงเรียนวัดไทร (สินศึกษาลัย) สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้โดยใช้การ
จัดประสบการณ์ประกอบอาหาร จำนวน 8 แผน 2) แบบทดสอบความสามารถด้านการคิดและแก้ปัญหาของเด็กปฐมวัยที่ได้รับการจัดประสบการณ์การประกอบอาหาร 3) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมความสามารถด้านการคิดและแก้ปัญหา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และทดสอบค่าที One – Sample t- test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความสามารถในด้านการคิดและแก้ปัญหาของเด็กนักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 หลังการจัด
ประสบการณ์โดยใช้การจัดประสบการณ์ประกอบอาหาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 25.65 ซึ่งมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
2. พฤติกรรมด้านการคิดและแก้ปัญหาของเด็กนักเรียนชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 หลังการจัด
ประสบการณ์โดยใช้การจัดประสบการณ์ประกอบอาหาร มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านความความสามารถในการระบุส่วนประกอบของอาหารมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด
