ดิฉันรู้สึกยินดีและเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้มาร่วมในพิธี“IS through ASEAN 2014 ”
(ค้นคว้า เรียนรู้ สู่อาเซียน)
เป็นที่ทราบกันดีแล้วว่า ในปี พ.ศ. 2558 ประเทศไทยจะก้าวเข้าสู่อาเซียน ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในหลายๆด้าน ทั้งสังคม เศรษฐกิจ การเมือง การเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้ ล้วนส่งผลกระทบ โดยตรงต่อการดำรงชีวิตของคนในสังคมไทย ด้วยกันทั้งสิ้น การตระหนักถึงความพร้อมของกำลังคน ในการเป็นทรัพยากรแรงงานอันสำคัญที่จะสะท้อนบทบาทของประเทศไทย จึงเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่สามารถหลีกเลี่ยงได้
การจัดการศึกษานับว่ามีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง ต้องให้ความรู้กับนักเรียนทุกระดับซึ่งเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมในทุกๆด้าน เพื่อรองรับต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง โรงเรียนพระยาประเสริฐสุนทราศรัย (กระจ่าง สิงหเสนี) ได้จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้อาเซียนศึกษา โดยใช้กระบวนการศึกษาเพื่อเรียนรู้ (IS) เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความตระหนักร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันทั้งครู นักเรียน และผู้ปกครอง จะได้พัฒนาก้าวทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในระยะเวลาอันใกล้นี้ ในฐานะประธานในพิธีในงานวันนี้ ขอแสดงความชื่นชมยินดีกับคณะผู้จัดงานด้วยความจริงใจ แม้จะเป็นเรื่องใหม่ที่พวกเราไม่คุ้นเคยแต่ดูแล้วพวกเรามีความพร้อมเป็นอย่างมาก และพยายามหาหนทางในการเตรียมคนก่อนก้าวเข้าสู่อาเซียนในอีก 1 ปีข้างหน้านี้ หวังอย่างยิ่งว่างานในวันนี้จะสำเร็จไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยตามวัตถุประสงค์ทุกประการ
