(ฉบับที่ ๙)
พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๒
โดยที่สภาผู้แทนราษฎรลงมติว่า สมควรแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมพระราชบัญญัติ ศุลกากร พุทธศักราช ๒๔๖๙
จึ่งมีพระบรมราชโองการให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้โดยคำแนะนำและยิน ยอมของสภาผู้แทนราษฎร ดั่งต่อไปนี้

มาตรา ๑ พระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้เรียกว่า “พระราชบัญญัติศุลกากร (ฉบับที่ ๙) พุทธศักราช ๒๔๘๒”

มาตรา ๒ ให้ใช้พระราชบัญญัตินี้ตั้งแต่วันประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา เป็นต้นไป

มาตรา ๓ ให้ยกเลิกมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติศุลกากร พุทธศักราช ๒๔๖๙ และให้เติมวรรคใหม่ต่อท้าย
มาตรา ๒ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติศุลกากร พุทธศักราช ๒๔๖๙ ดั่งต่อไปนี้
“คำว่า “ราคาอันแท้จริงในท้องตลาด” หรือ “ราคา” แห่งของอย่างใดนั้น หมายความว่า ราคาขายส่งเงินสด

มาตรา ๔ ให้เติมวรรคใหม่ต่อท้ายมาตรา ๒๔ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติศุลกากร พุทธศักราช ๒๔๖๙ ดั่งต่อไปนี้
“ของที่ยึดไว้นั้น ถ้าเจ้าของหรือผู้มีสิทธิไม่มายื่นคำร้องเรียกเอาภายใน กำหนดหกเดือนนับแต่วันที่ยึด ก็ให้ตกเป็นของ
แผ่นดิน”

มาตรา ๕ ให้เติมวรรคใหม่ต่อท้ายมาตรา ๒๕ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติศุลกากร พุทธศักราช ๒๔๖๙ ดั่งต่อไปนี้
