บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการลดค่าใช้จ่ายของหมอนรองไม้มัดเหล็กสูง บริษัท ABC จำกัด ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ทำการระบุกิจกรรมของไม้หมอนรองมัดเหล็กสูงเพื่อให้ทราบถึงค่าใช้จ่ายในแต่ละกิจกรรม จากการศึกษาพบว่านอกจากทราบค่าใช้จ่ายในแต่ละกิจกรรม ยังทำให้ทราบถึงที่มาของค่าใช้จ่ายว่าเกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไร จากกระบวนการทำงานใด ทำให้ข้อมูลในการวิเคราะห์ถึงค่าใช้จ่ายมีความละเอียดมากยิ่งขึ้นและสามารถนำไปสู่การปรับลดค่าใช้จ่ายและทำให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยจึงได้เริ่มศึกษาจากการสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกถึงลักษณะการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัท บริษัท ABC จำกัด ซึ่งเครื่องมือในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ใช้การวิเคราะห์พาเรโตมาใช้ในการแสดงให้เห็นขนาดของปัญหาเพื่อจัดลำดับความสำคัญปัญหา และหาสาเหตุของปัญหาโดยใช้แผนผังก้างปลา (ISHIKAWA DIAGRAM) เพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์การเลือกใช้ไม้หมอนรองมัดเหล็กสูง และได้ใช้ทฤษฏีต่าง ๆ มาอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ของการลดค่าใช้จ่ายของหมอนรองไม้มัดเหล็กสูง การศึกษาครั้งนี้เพื่อหาทางลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นภายในองค์กร
