เกาะ ภาคใต้มีเกาะและหมู่เกาะมากมาย โดยฝั่งอ่าวไทยมีเกาะสำคัญเช่น เกาะสมุย เกาะพงัน หมู่เกาะอ่างทอง เป็นต้น ส่วนฝั่งอันดามันมี เกาะภูเก็ต ซึ่งเป็นเกาะที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย หมู่เกาะพีพี หมู่เกาะสิมิลัน เกาะตะรุเตา
