จากการประเมินผลพบว่าหนังสือภาพเป็นสื่อที่ดี และช่วยพัฒนาการอ่านได้ดีถ้าใช้ร่วมกับหนังสือภาพที่เป็นนิทานแต่นอกจากใช้เพื่อพัฒนาการอ่านเรา เรายังสามารถนำไปบูรณาการกับทักษะอื่นๆ เช่น อ่านแล้วพูดได้
