1.1 ขั้นก่อนเก็บข้อมูล
(1) ผู้วิจัยเข้าพบนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 3 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนนี สุราษฎร์ธานี เพื่อชี้แจงวัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวมงานวิจัย และขอความร่วมมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล พร้อมนัดเวลาเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
1.2 ขั้นเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
(1) การขอความร่วมมือในการทำแบบสอบถาม
ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเองซึ่งมีขั้นตอนดังนี้
1. ขอความร่วมมือในการทำแบบสอบถามและแจ้งสิทธิ์แก่กลุ่มตัวอย่าง
1.1 ผู้วิจัยขอความร่วมมือในการทำแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยอธิบายให้ทราบรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับแบบทดสอบและชี้แจงวัตถุประสงค์ พร้อมทั้งให้สิทธิที่จะตัดสินใจด้วยตนเอง โดยไม่มีสิ่งจูงใจหรือของรางวัลใดๆตอบแทนในการตอบรับหรือปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยครั้งนี้ โดยถ้าปฏิเสธการเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัยจะไม่มีผลใดใดต่อการดำเนินชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่และกลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถถอนตัวได้ตลอดเวลา
1.2 ผู้วิจัยแจ้งให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทราบว่าแบบสอบถามที่ใช้ในการวิจัยไม่มีการระบุชื่อของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม
1.3 เอกสารหรือแบบตอบถามทุกฉบับผู้วิจัยจะทำการตรวจรักษาไว้เป็นอย่างดีไม่ให้มีการรั่วไหลของข้อมูลโดยผู้ที่สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้นั้น จะมีเพียงผู้วิจัยและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาในการทำวิจัยเท่านั้น
1.4 การทำลายเอกสาร แบบสอบถาม ผู้วิจัยจะมีการทำลายเอกสารทั้งหมด เมื่อผู้วิจัยได้มีการนำเสนอผลการวิจัย เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
(2) การทำแบบสอบถาม
2.1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สามารถอ่านหนังสือได้ผู้วิจัยอธิบายและให้ข้อมูลด้วยภาษาที่ ง่ายแก่ การเข้าใจพร้อมทั้งตอบข้อซักถามข้อสงสัยตัวอย่างจนหมดข้อสงสัยและเข้าใจมากที่สุด แบบสอบถามโดยไม่มีข้อจำกัดข้อบังคับใดๆ
