กรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัย
จากการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาปัญหาทักษะการอ่านโดยการใช้เทคนิคการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ โดยการให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้กันเป็นกลุ่มเพื่อช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่อ่านไม่ได้และแก้ปัญหานักเรียนไม่กล้าแสดงออก ในการแก้ปัญหาของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนวัดศรีอุปราราม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี
ขอบเขตของการวิจัย
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขอบเขตการวิจัยได้ดังนี้
1. ขอบเขตด้านเนื้อหา มุ่งศึกษาการใช้เทคนิคการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือในการแก้ไขปัญหาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ
2. ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนวัดศรีอุปราราม อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี
นิยามคำศัพท์เฉพาะ
ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดนิยามศัพท์เฉพาะไว้เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจความหมายเฉพาะของคำที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ดังนี้
1. เทคนิคการเรียนรู้ (Learning techniques) หมายถึง ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ จิตวิทยาการเรียนการสอน และหลักการของการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสําคัญ การเรียนรู้ดังกล่าวมาแล้วจะเห็นได้วาครูจะต้องใช้รูปแบบ กระบวนการเรียนและกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่หลากหลาย
2. เทคนิคการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ (Cooperative Learning) หมายถึง การเรียนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ โดยให้นักเรียนลงมือปฏิบัติงานเป็นกลุ่มย่อย ๆ เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถภาพการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนแต่ละคน และสนับสนุนให้มีการช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน
3. เทคนิคการสอนทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ (Reading Skills)การอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ มี 2 ลักษณะ คือ การอ่านออกเสียง (Reading aloud) และ การอ่านในใจ (Silent Reading ) การอ่านออกเสียงเป็นการอ่านเพื่อฝึกความถูกต้อง (Accuracy) และความคล่องแคล่ว ( Fluency) ในการออกเสียง ส่วนการอ่านในใจเป็นการอ่านเพื่อรับรู้และทำความเข้าใจในสิ่งที่อ่านซึ่งเป็นการอ่านอย่างมีจุดมุ่งหมาย เช่นเดียวกับการฟัง ต่างกันที่ การฟังใช้การรับรู้จากเสียงที่ได้ยิน ในขณะที่การอ่านจะใช้การรับรู้จากตัวอักษรที่ผ่านสายตา ทักษะการอ่านภาษา อังกฤษเป็นทักษะที่สามารถฝึกฝนให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความชำนาญและมีความสามารถเพิ่มพูนขึ้นได้ ด้วยเทคนิควิธีการโดยเฉพาะ ครูผู้สอนจึงควรมีความรู้และเทคนิคในการสอนทักษะการอ่านให้แก่ผู้เรียนเพื่อให้การอ่านแต่ละลักษณะประสบผลสำเร็จ
4. โรงเรียนวัดศรีอุปลารามเปิดทำการสอน เมื่อ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2447 โดยมีพระอุปัชฌาย์ยิ้ม เจ้าอาวาสวัดศรีอุปลาราม เป็นองค์อุปภัมภ์ อาศัยศาลาการเปรียญเป็นที่เล่าเรียน ครูผู้สอนคือ ครูพระภิกษุเองและนายช่วง ซึ่งมาจากวัดเทวสังฆราม
5. การจัดการเรียนการสอนภาษาอังกฤษชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ระดับประถมศึกษา เน้นการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการเน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญให้นักเรียนมีประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ เพื่อเสริมสร้างลักษณะนิสัยที่พึงประสงค์ ปลูกฝังเจตคติที่ดีงามมุ้งพัฒนาพฤติกรรม บุคลิกภาพ และมีทักษะพื้นฐานที่จะไปศึกษาหาความรู้ในชีวิตประจำวัน โดยยึดโครงสร้างหลักสูตร 8 กลุ่มสาระการเรียน ดังนี้กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู็ภาษาไทย จัดการเรียนการสอนที่มุ่งเน้นให้นักเรียนใช้ภาษาไทยถูกต้อง ทั้งการฟัง การพูด การอ่านและการเขียนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ จัดการเรียนการสอนที่มุ่งเน้นและส่งเสริมกระบวนการคิด วิเคราะห์การแก้ปัญหาของนักเรียนกลุ่มการเรียนการรู้วิทยาศาสตร์ จัดการเรียนการสอนที่มุ้งเน้นนักเรียนเป็นสำคัญและเสริมสร้างทักษะต่าง ๆกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม จัดการเรียนการสอนเพิ่มพูนความรู้แก่ผู้เรียนด้านส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยะธรรม ส่งเสริมความเป็นไทย เห็นความสำคัญของวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาไทยกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา จัดการเรียนการสอนให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ
ประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ จะได้รับประโยชน์ ดังนี้
1. นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนวัดศรีอุปราราม สามารถอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีขึ้น
