Please find attached the statement of AVC Club Developer Limited Dec 2013 for your reference.

With reference to our last letter dated 02 Dec 2013,

you are requested to settle the overdue amount,

but at the time of this writing it is regretted to note that payment has not been received.

Having failed to obtain a satisfactory response from your goodness,

we have no alternative but to decide that if your company cannot settle the above outstanding at the end of Jan. 2014 from the date of this letter,

your credit privileges with our Hotel will be in jeopardy.

In addition, we will seek legal advice to claim back the outstanding amount with all late fees.
