การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผู้นำนักศึกษาป้องกันการใช้สารเสพติด สำหรับนักศึกษา สถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตสุพรรณบุรี และ 2) ประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผู้นำนักศึกษาป้องกันการใช้สารเสพติด สำหรับนักศึกษา สถาบันการพลศึกษา วิทยาเขตสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ทั้งสถาบันวิทยาเขตสุพรรณบุรี โดยกำหนด 3 คณะ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาและสุขภาพ คณะศิลปะศาสตร์ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ นักศึกษาที่เป็นประธานนักศึกษา รองประธานนักศึกษา หัวหน้าห้อง รองหัวหน้าห้อง นักศึกษาที่เป็นกรรมการสโมสรนักศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผู้นำนักศึกษาป้องกันการใช้สารเสพติด 2) แผนการฝึกอบรม 12 แผน 3) แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ ความเข้าใจ การป้องกันการใช้สารเสพติด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น = 0.91 4) แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการเป็นผู้นำ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น = 0.86 และ 5) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการป้องกันการใช้สารเสพติด มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น = 0.90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
