และเนื่องจากสัญญาเช่าชุดใหม่นี้ เป็นสัญญาที่ทำนาน 10 ปี คุณเองก็อาจจะให้คนอื่นมาทำสัญญาเช่าต่อจากคุณได้ ดังนั้นผมจึงอยากพิจารณาอย่างดีที่สุด และเหมาะสมที่สุด สำหรับตัวผมเอง และคุณด้วย
