บทคัคย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาถึงปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในการใช้บริการธุรกรรมทางการเงินผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตธนาคารกรุงเทพจำกัด (มหาชน) ในเขตจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร (2) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมทั่วไปของลูกค้าในการใช้บริการธุรกรรมทางการเงินผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด(มหาชน) ในเขตจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลในการใช้บริการธุรกรรมทางการเงินผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตธนาคารกรุงเทพจำกัด(มหาชน) ในเขตจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร (4) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลในการใช้บิรการธุรกรรมทางการเงินผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด(มหาชน) ในเขตจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้ใช้บริการธุรกรรมทางการเงินผ่านอินเตอร์เน็ตธนคารกรุงเทพจำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 316 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบัค สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี้ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสองค่าสมมติฐานเพื่อหาค่าความสัมพันธ์ ใช้สถิติ chi-square และ ทดสอบสมมติฐานเพื่อเปรียบเที่ยบ ใช้สถิติ t test และ f test หรือ one way anova
