I have talked with team about if how to do if we found the boxes that inspected & sealed by Intertek failed.
Is it OK with you if we put in a contract that Intertek will give credit note for one man day fee?
Ans : We cannot offer for this option because generally random inspection cannot guarantee all product regarding to inspection method.

According to Pandora not having inspection protocol, so Intertek will use Intertek Generic Defect Classification for Pandora. Please see attached file for your approval.

In this email, we provide you the following attached files:-
• The final proposal.
• Number of samples inspected / man-day.
