เป็นผลงานจากประเทศไทยที่ชนะเลิศจากการแข่งขันระดับภูมิภาคอาเซียน ประพันธ์โดย นายกิตติคุณ สดประเสริฐ (ทำนอง และ เรียบเรียง) ได้เริ่มใช้บรรเลงอย่างเป็นทางการครั้งแรกในพิธีเปิดการประชุมสุดยอดอาเซียน ครั้งที่ 14 ในวันที่ 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2552 ที่อำเภอหัวหิน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์
