3rei has gotten to the point of having more chapters than both its prequels combined, and maybe more than twice as many individual pages due to the chapters being longer. I'd honestly be more surprised and a little concerned if Hiroyama hadn't suffered some burnout (and maybe medical complications, but I've only seen that rumored rather than confirmed anywhere - his Twitter was still quite active over the alleged time of emergency).

It does feel like we're heading into the endgame though. If Darius' Big Plan just became unsalvageable, then that only leaves Pandora, Tanaka, Sakura, and "Illya's and Miyu's big world saving wish thing" as the only immediate loose ends to tie up. Barring any more gigantic twists like the climax of 2wei, we could see the story wrapping up maybe one or two issues after Issue #11.
