It is claimed the item was refused

It is claimed the item was refused at the delivery point. This is a lie. The courier called and said Lazada do not deliver to Ko Samet. I have asked twice now if you deliver to Ko Samet now and have not received an answer.
All i have received is blame. First it was said that you could not reach me(Lie no.1) Second reason that i refused delivery(Lie no. 2)
