INTRODUCTION
China has Become one of the largest greenhouse
gas (GHG) producers in the World, and successfully
constraining GHG requires effective Climate Change
mitigation Actions in Urban areas, where Energy
consumption and anthropogenic GHG emissions are
highly Concentrated (IPCC, 2011th; Zhao, 2,011. ). Soils
are one of the Major sources of Atmospheric
greenhouse Gases, in particular carbon dioxide (Raich
et al., 2,002; Ekoungoulou et al., 2014a) and 70% of
the total N2O emissions (Conrad 1996; Wei et al.,
2010). . Most greenhouse gas produced the voluminous
carbon dioxide is by Humans (CO2
) as mentioned by
Ekoungoulou et al., (2014b). In calculating overall
carbon emissions, Kyoto Protocol Allows certain
Removals of carbon Nation's forests and soils by a
carbon sinks (Ekoungoulou et al., 2014a) to be
Counted and deducted from emissions (Ekoungoulou
et al., 2014c).
