สายที่ 1 เริ่มต้นจากจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีไปตามทางหลวงจังหวัดหมายเลข 3199 ถึงเขตของการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทยเขื่อนศรีนครินทร์ ข้ามสะพานไปยังตลาดเขื่อนศรีนครินทร์ แล้วจึงเลยเข้าไปยังที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติเอราวัณ ระยะทางทั้งสิ้นประมาณ 70 กิโลเมตร

สายที่ 2 เดินทางจากอุทยานแห่งชาติไทรโยค จะมีเส้นทางบริเวณบ้านวังใหญ่อยู่ห่างจากน้ำตกไทรโยคน้อยประมาณ 6 กิโลเมตร ลัดออกไปบ้านโป่งปัดบริเวณเขื่อนท่าทุ่งนาระยะทางประมาณ 15 กิโลเมตร แล้วเลี้ยวซ้ายไปตามถนนหมายเลข 3199 อีกประมาณ 25 กิโลเมตรถึงที่ทำการอุทยานแห่งชาติเอราวัณ
