รัฐบาลจะลดกระบวนการพัฒนาของโครงการบรอดแบนด์แห่งชาติ 15 พันล้านบาท โดยจัดสรรงบประมาณลงทุนโดยตรงกับทีโอทีจำกัด(มหาชน)แทนถือการประมูลเป็นวางแผนไว้ก่อนหน้านี้
