ปัจจุบันคนไทยนิยมบริโภคอาหาร แบบตะวันตกเพิ่มมากขึ้นทั้งอาหารประเภทเร่งด่วน และอาหารว่างประเภทขบเคี้ยว ดังนั้น มันฝรั่ง ซึ่งเป็นวัตถุดิบ หลักในการผลิตอาหารดังกล่าว เพิ่มปริมาณความต้องการบริโภคขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วในสังคมไทย อาทิเช่น มันฝรั่งทอด หรือที่เราเรียกกันว่า เฟรนช์ฟรายด์นั่นเอง

วัตถุประสงค์ของโครงงาน
