นายจ้างต้องจัดให้มีการเฝ้าระวังการได้ยิน โดยให้ดำเนินการดังนี้
1. ทดสอบสมรรถภาพการได้ยิน (Audiometric Testing) แก่ลูกจ้างที่สัมผัสเสียงดังที่ได้รับเฉลี่ยตลอดระยะเวลาการทำงาน8 ชั่วโมงตั้งแต่ 85 เดซิเบลเอขึ้นไป และให้ทดสอบสมรรถภาพการได้ยินของลูกจ้างครั้งต่อไปอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง
