เนื่องด้วยบริษัท ซูมิโช เมทัล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (สาขาสำโรง) ได้จัดให้มีการตรวจสุขภาพประจำปีให้กับพนักงานของบริษัทฯ
โดยทำการตรวจสุขภาพ ณ. โรงพยาบาลศิครินทร์ อาคาร 2 เริ่มตั้งแต่ วันที่ 1 กรกฏาคม – 31 สิงหาคม 2558 โดยมีขั้นตอนปฏิบัติดังนี้

1. พนักงานท่านใดที่ต้องการไปตรวจสุขภาพกรุณาแจ้งความประสงค์ว่าจะไปทำการตรวจสุขภาพในวันใด โดยส่งเมลล์แจ้ง Aithinut Sirisuksawat
2. พนักงานแจ้งความประสงค์ ว่า เดินทางไปเอง หรือ ไปรถโรงพยาบาล เพื่อเตรียมรถตู้โรงพยาบาลฯ รับ-ส่ง (ต้นทาง-ปลายทาง/รับ-ส่ง ที่บริษัทฯ)
3. พนักงานต้องแจ้งความประสงค์ ก่อนวันพุธของสัปดาห์ นั้นๆ สำหรับวันเสาร์และอาทิตย์ โรงพยาบาลรองรับการตรวจได้วันละ 15 คน/วัน
วันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์ โรงพยาบาลรองรับการตรวจได้วันละ 20 คน/วัน
4. ติดต่อขอรับใบส่งตัวก่อนเดินทางไปตรวจฯ ภายในวันศุกร์ ได้ที่ฝ่ายบุคคล (K. Aithinut)
5. ในวันตรวจสุขภาพให้นำใบส่งตัวยื่นที่โรงพยาบาลศิครินทร์ และปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำของเจ้าหน้าที่
