1. Go to K:ITITIT Assets and then open the Fix Asset_IT.xlsx file
2. Go to sheet “Update with DB” and then refreshing data
3. Compare the IT Asset between “Update with DB” and “For IT” sheet
4. If new IT asset has shown in the “Update with DB”, adding row in “For IT” and copy new IT asset from “Update with DB” and paste in “For IT”
Example:
If in the “Update with DB” has new asset “E03-001-0052” but in the “For IT” has only “E03-001-0051”.
You must add new row below “E03-001-0051” and then copy row “E03-001-0052” from “Update with DB” and paste into “For IT” under “E03-001-0051”
!!! Keep grouping by asset code
5. When all new IT Assets are added in the “For IT” asset, creating a new column for the year which you want to check the asset.
6. Now, the IT asset file is ready for update.

1. Go to K:ITITIT Assets and then open the IT Asset (For Checking).xls file
2. Updating the data
3. Print out by select the location
