บทคัดย่อ
รายงานเรื่อง การละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหมายของการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคล กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคลและแนวทางการป้องกันการถูกละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคล เพื่อเข้าใจเรื่องนี้อย่างถูกต้องโดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากหนังสือ และสืบค้นจากอินเทอร์เน็ต
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การละเมิดสิทธิส่วนบุคคลหมายถึง การใช้สิทธิของตนเองมากจนเกินไป
จนอาจจะทำให้ไปละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น ทำให้เกิดความเสียหาย เสียชื่อเสียง และได้รับผลกระทบจากการกระทำ กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พ.ศ. 2550 มาตรา 4 สิทธิและเสรีภาพส่วนบุคคล มาตรา 35 มาตรา 36 และประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 287 และมาตรา 322 ผู้ที่กระทำผิดมีบทลงโทษ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วน บททั่วไป โทษปรับทางปกครอง และโทษทาง แนวทางการป้องกันการถูกละเมิด ปฏิบัติตนตามหลักธรรมคำสอนทางพระพุทธศาสนา ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบทางสังคม ระมัดระวังตัวในการใช้ชีวิตในยุคปัจจุบันมากขึ้น ภาครัฐควรมีนโยบายในการเผยแพร่ข้อมูลความรู้เกี่ยวกับสิทธิที่ทุกคนมี และภาคเอกชน สื่อมวลชนควรทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับเรื่องสิทธิมนุษยชนให้มากยิ่งขึ้น และช่วยประชาสัมพันธ์หรือเผยแพร่ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสิทธิส่วนบุคคล เพื่อให้ประชาชนตระหนักถึงความสัมพันธ์ของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
