การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ (5E) ร่วมกับศูนย์การเรียนรู้ (Learning Center) กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนบ้านผาเวียง อำเภอศรีสัชนาลัย จังหวัดสุโขทัย ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบ t-test
