การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง กลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบการที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบการที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพื่อศึกษาความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยจำแนกตามข้อมูลวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม และเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบการกับความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามจาก ผู้ประกอบการ จำนวน 400 ราย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
1. ข้อมูลกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบการที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ พบว่า ในภาพรวมผู้ประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการตั้งรับ ด้านการวางแผนเฉพาะสิ่งสำคัญ ด้านการวางแผนล่วงหน้าอย่างสมบูรณ์ และด้านการแสวงหาโอกาส ตามลำดับ
2. ข้อมูลความสำเร็จในการดำเนินธุรกิจวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม ในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ พบว่า ในภาพรวมผู้ประกอบการมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
3. เปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จในการดำเนินวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยจำแนกตามข้อมูลวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม พบว่า ประเภทของวิสาหกิจ ทุนจดทะเบียน ลักษณะการจดทะเบียน จำนวนพนักงาน และระยะเวลาในการประกอบธุรกิจ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
