สภาพแวดล้อมของการทำงานเป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพโดย และประสิทธิภาพจากการทำงาน การทำโครงงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมการปฏิบัติงานโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์งานจากสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่ปลอดภัย เพื่อความปลอดภัย และอาชีวอนามัยภายในอาคารผลิตกระเบื้องเซรามิก จังหวัดลำปาง โดยแบ่งปัจจัยทางด้านสภาพแวดล้อมออกเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านฝุ่นละออง ด้านเสียง ด้านอุณหภูมิ ด้านแสงสว่าง การดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การสำรวจเก็บข้อมูลเบื้องต้น การวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของปัญหาพร้อมทั้งระบุปัญหาที่แท้จริง การดำเนินการแก้ไขเพื่อลดอันตราย และการนำเสนอแนวทางในการป้องกันอันตรายต่างๆ
