1.1 โครงการสวัสดิการประชาชนด้านการรักษาพยาบาล (โครงการสงเคราะห์ประชาชนผู้มีรายได้น้อยด้านการรักษาพยาบาล) โครงการนี้ได้เริ่มดำเนินการมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2518
1.2 โครงการสงเคราะห์ผู้สูงอายุด้านการรักษาพยาบาล โครงการนี้ได้เริ่มดำเนินการมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2534
1.3 โครงการประกันสุขภาพแก่เด็กแรกเกิด – 12 ปี โครงการนี้ได้พัฒนามาจากโครงการประกันสุขภาพแก่เด็กนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษา ที่เริ่มต้นในปี พ.ศ. 2534 แต่ปัจจุบันได้ขยับขยายให้ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่เด็กแรกเกิดจนถึงอายุ 12 ปี
1.4 โครงการสวัสดิการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลของข้าราชการ ลูกจ้างประจำรวมถึงพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ โดยโครงการนี้จะให้ความครอบคลุมถึง บิดา มารดา คู่สมรสและบุตรของผู้มีสิทธิด้วย
1.5 โครงการสวัสดิการด้านการรักษาพยาบาลเฉพาะตัวอื่นๆ เช่น ผู้พิการ การสงเคราะห์ทหารผ่านศึก กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ตลอดจนอาสาสมัครประเภทต่างๆ
