การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษา (1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ตรัง (2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ตรัง
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ชั้นปีที่1-4 ปีการศึกษา 2558 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ตรัง จำนวน 200 คน โดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยอาศัยความน่าจะเป็นด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ(systematic Random Sampling) เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ก่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม
ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านกายภาพ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมความต้องการด้านกายภาพก่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปีอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=3.83, S.D.=0.266) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ความต้องการก่อนจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด คือ มีการดูแลไม้ยืนต้นภายในวิทยาลัยให้มีความร่มรื่นสวยงาม (Mean=3.91,S.D.=0.386) รองลงมา คือ มีการกำจัดวัชพืชอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เช่นบริเวณรั้วของวิทยาลัย สวนข้างอาคาร(Mean=3.87,S.D.= 0.224) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมความต้องการด้านการบริหารจัดการก่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปี อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=3.79S.D.= 0.231) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าความต้องการก่อนจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด คือ มีผู้รับผิดชอบดูแลอาคารสถานที่ภูมิทัศน์เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร(Mean=3.86,S.D.= 0.203)และมีการวางแผนด้านการดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อมภาย ในวิทยาลัย (Mean=3.86,S.D.=0.220) รองลงมา คือ มีฝ่ายที่รับผิดชอบในการจัดการและดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม(Mean=3.83,S.D.=0.194) และด้านการจัดการขยะ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมความต้องการด้านการจัดการขยะก่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปี อยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=3.89,S.D.= 0.362) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าความต้องการก่อนจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด คือ มีถังขยะสำหรับแยกกระดาษเหลือใช้และขวดพลาสติก(Mean=3.84,S.D.=0.290) รองลงมา คือ มีการคัดแยกขยะ เช่น ขยะทั่วไป ขยะรีไซเคิล ขยะมีพิษก่อนทิ้งทุกครั้ง(Mean=3.81,S.D.=0.356)
สภาพความเป็นจริงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านกายภาพ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมสภาพความเป็นจริงด้านกายภาพก่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปีอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=3.42, S.D.= 0.6363) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าสภาพความเป็นจริงก่อนจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมน้อยที่สุด คือ สถานที่จอดรถมีความเพียงพอ มีมุมพักผ่อนให้นักศึกษาอย่างเพียงพอและมีมุมพักผ่อนให้อาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างเพียงพอ (Mean=3.20,S.D.= 0.095) รองลงมา คือ สถานที่ในการทำกิจกรรมและการออกกำลังกายมีความเหมาะสม(Mean=3.29,S.D.= 0.234) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมสภาพความเป็นจริงด้านการบริหารจัดการก่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปีอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=3.42,S.D.= 0.183) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าสภาพความเป็นจริงก่อนจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมน้อยที่สุด คือ มีการแบ่งพื้นที่รับผิดชอบด้านภูมิทัศน์ภายในวิทยาลัย(Mean=3.35,S.D.=0.222) รองลงมา คือ มีการนิเทศให้ความรู้สำหรับการนำไปวางแผนดำเนินงานและพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม(Mean=3.37,S.D.=0.175) และด้านการจัดการขยะ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมสภาพความเป็นจริงด้านการจัดการขยะก่อนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของนักศึกษาทุกชั้นปี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean=3.40,S.D.= 0.208) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าสภาพความเป็นจริงก่อนจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมน้อยที่สุด คือ มีถังขยะตามจุดต่างๆเช่นอาคารเรียนหอประชุมโรงอาหารและหอพักนักศึกษา(Mean=3.01,S.D.=0.067) รองลงมา คือ มีการจัดการขยะเพื่อป้องกันการมีกลิ่นเหม็น(Mean=3.27,S.D.=0.177)
(2) หลังการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องการด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านกายภาพ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมความต้องการด้านกายภาพหลังการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก(Mean=3.26,S.D.= 0.240) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ความต้องการด้านกายภาพหลังจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมน้อยที่สุด คือ มีการกำจัดวัชพืชอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เช่นบริเวณรั้วของวิทยาลัย สวนข้างอาคาร(Mean=3.13,S.D.= 0.329) รองลงมา คือ โต๊ะเก้าอี้มีความพร้อมใช้อย่างเพียงพอ(Mean=3.15,S.D.=0.250) และสภาพห้องน้ำ/สุขาโดยรวมถูกสุขลักษณะ(Mean=3.15,S.D.= 0.413) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมความต้องการด้านการบริหารจัดการหลังการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง(Mean=3.10, S.D.= 0.324) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า ความต้องการด้านการบริหารจัดการหลังจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมน้อยที่สุด คือ มีผู้รับผิดชอบดูแลอาคารสถานที่ภูมิทัศน์เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร(Mean=2.92,S.D.=0.438)รองลงมา มีการแบ่งพื้นที่รับผิดชอบด้านภูมิทัศน์ภายในวิทยาลัย(Mean=2.95,S.D.=0.466) และด้านการจัดการขยะ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมความต้องการด้านการจัดการขยะหลังการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean=3.04, S.D.= 0.258) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าความต้องการด้านการจัดการขยะหลังจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมน้อยที่สุด คือ มีถังขยะสำหรับแยกกระดาษเหลือใช้และขวดพลาสติก(Mean=2.81,S.D.=0.152) รองลงมา คือ มีการจัดการขยะเพื่อป้องกันการมีกลิ่นเหม็น(Mean=2.98,S.D.=0.170)
สภาพความเป็นจริงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมด้านกายภาพ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่าภาพรวมสภาพความเป็นจริงด้านกายภาพ หลังการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean=3.73,S.D.= 0.232) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่าสภาพความเป็นจริงด้านกายหลังจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด คือมีการกำจัดวัชพืชอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เช่นบริเวณรั้วของวิทยาลัย สวนข้างอาคาร (Mean=3.95,S.D.= 0.243) รองลงมามีการดูแลจัดบริเวณที่มีน้ำขังไม่ให้เป็นแหล่งเพาะพันธุ์ยุง(Mean=3.86,S.D.= 0.236) และมีการตกแต่งไม้ดอกไม้ประดับบริเวณรอบอาคารต่างๆอย่างสม่ำเสมอ (Mean=3.86,S.D.= 0.282) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ภาพรวมสภาพความเป็นจริงด้านการบริหารจัดการหลังการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดั
