จัดอบรมเมื่อวันที่ 25 กุมภาพันธ์ 2559 มีผู้เข้าร่วมจำนวน 18 คน จากเป้าหมาย 22 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.82 มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ
1. เพื่อให้ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนทราบข้อมูลโรงเรียนที่จะศึกษาต่อ
2. เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ปัญหา และเสนอความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเข้าสู่ระดับประถมศึกษา
จากการจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าร่วมมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบ เนื้อหาการจัดกิจกรรม 3.88 เปอร์เซ็นต์
