PROBLEM STATEMENT
From the old system that shop just has only one employee, when customers come into service a
lot may be delays in receiving services. For example: Customers ordered product
by list menu down the paper, and they bring was filed at the counter bar. Some customers list a menu
not clear it make employees don't understand and it could not get desired menu. Later, the shop made
a complete mini catalog for customers can select menu easily, but some customers would like to add
more detail or special orders. It is a highly problematic In order product.
SERVICE REQUEST
We need to analyze how to order product for customers, we have designed and built a new
system. Without this system will help manage about the order product of customers. It makes
customers and employees are more convenience. In the system will show details of the product about
image, price of product, total price calculation and reporting of the goods in and out on a daily. It also
shows ordered product on monitor immediately.
In the future we may be work or develop a more efficient system.
