ปัจจุบันมีการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารระหว่างสมองและคอมพิวเตอร์ในการศึกษาเพิ่มมากขึ้น การศึกษาโครงงานครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสังเคราะห์กรอบแนวคิดการออกแบบโปรแกรมควบคุมวีดีโอการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารระหว่างสมองและคอมพิวเตอร์ รูปแบบการศึกษา คือ รูปแบบการวิจัยเอกสาร (Documentary research) มีขั้นตอนในการศึกษา ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาวิเคราะห์หลักการและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) ศึกษาทฤษฎีและกรอบแนวคิดในการในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม 3) สังเคราะห์กรอบแนวติดในการออกแบบการสั่งการคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารระหว่างสมองและคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กรอบแนวคิดในการออกแบบโปรแกรมควบคุมวีดีโอการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารระหว่างสมองและคอมพิวเตอร์ ประกอบไปด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ (1) คลื่นสมองสั่งการจากผู้ใช้ (2) อุปกรณ์รับสัญญาณคลื่นสมอง (3) ซอฟแวร์ประมวลผลคลื่นสมอง (4) คำสั่งควบคุม และ (5) ซอฟแวร์ประยุกต์ควบคุมวีดีโอการเรียนรู้
