เรื่อง แจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงราคาห้องพักและสัญญาเช่าห้อง

เนื่องจาก บริษัท ชาโต เดอ สุขุมวิท จำกัด ได้เข้ามาดำเนินการบริหาร ตั้งแต่เดือน ธ.ค. 2556 นั้น และได้
ทำการปรับปรุงตกแต่งอาคารที่พักของท่านให้มีมาตรฐานที่ดีขึ้น ทางบริษัทจึงขอปรับราคาเช่าห้องพักและเปลี่ยน
แปลงสัญญาห้องพักให้เหมาะสม จากเดิมราคาห้องพักของท่าน อยู่ในอัตราค่าเช่า 7,500 บาท ต่อเดือน
ทางบริษัทขอวางระเบียบในการจ่ายเงินค่าเช่าห้องพักของท่านดังนี้
- อัตราค่าเช่าห้องพัก 8,000 บาทต่อเดือน
- เงินประกัน 2 เดือน 16,000 บาทต่อเดือน
- ค่าที่จอดรถ 500 บาท/คัน/เดือน
และผู้เช่าต้องจ่ายค่าเช่าห้องพักล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน ราคาห้องดังกล่าว เป็นราคาที่ไม่รวมค่าน้ำ - ไฟ
ณ ปัจจุบัน ท่านได้มีเงินประกันวางไว้ที่บริษัทเป็นจำนวน 7,500 บาท ในวันทำสัญญาใหม่ ท่านต้อง
ชำระเงินประกันเพิ่ม 8,500 บาท พร้อมกับค่าเช่าห้องพักล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน
