บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยเรื่องการศึกษาปัญหาการทะเลาะวิวาทของวัยรุ่นของนักเรียนโรงเรียน
ประจักษ์ศิลปาคาร
มีจุดมุ่งหมาย คือ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการทะเลาะวิวาทของวัยรุ่นของนักเรียน หาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการมาสายของนักเรียน และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 50 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสำรวจ แบบสอบถาม เรื่องการศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการทะเลาะวิวาทของนักเรียนโรงเรียนประจักษ์ศิลปาคาร มาวิเคราะห์ปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น ว่าเกิดขึ้นโดยสาเหตุใด แล้วมีผลเสียต่อตนเองและการเรียนอย่างไร และนำข้อมูลเหล่านี้มาแนวทางแก้ไขพฤติกรรมการทะเลาะวิวาท และทำให้ผู้ทำเครื่องมือวิจัยตระหนักถึงผลเสียมากมายของการทะเลาะวิวาท โดยกำหนดให้สถานที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ โรงเรียนประจักษ์ศิลปาคาร ด้วยการคิดคำนวณเป็นร้อยละแล้วนำมาจัดทำเป็นตาราง และสรุป โดยผลเสียของการทะเลาะวิวาทที่นักเรียนโรงเรียนโรงเรียนประจักษ์ศิลปาคาร ซึ่งข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะมีประโยชน์ทั้งต่อตัวของนักเรียนเองและมีประโยชน์ต่อครูด้วย

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. จากผลการศึกษาสาเหตุการทะเลาะวิวาทของนักเรียนโรงเรียนประจักษ์ศิลปาคาร ได่แก่ เกิดจากการถูกทำร้ายร่างกายมาก่อน เกิดจากการเป็นศัตรูคู่อริ เกิดจากความต้องการอวดให้รุ่นน้องเห็น เกิดจากเทศกาล เกิดจากประเพณีและพิธีกรรม เกิดจากความรู้สึกเสียศักดิ์ศรี


จากสมมติฐานข้อที่ 2. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาการการทะเลาะวิวาทของวันรุ่นโรงเรียนประจักษ์ศิลปาคาร ได้โดยโรงเรียนต้องกำหนดกฎระเบียบวินัยอย่างเคร่งครัด มีข้อปฏิบัติของการเป็นนักเรียนในเรื่องการทะเลาะวิวาท สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี รับฟังปัญหาเด็กเสมอ ไม่ตำหนิ หรือสั่งสอนเร็วเกินไป ท่าทีเป็นกลาง เข้าใจปัญหา หาข้อมูลเพื่อให้รู้สาเหตุ และแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา มองเด็กในแง่ดี มีความหวังในการแก้ปัญหาเสมอ กระตุ้นให้คิดแก้ปัญหาด้วยตนเอง มีทางเลือกหลายๆทาง วิเคราะห์ทางเลือกร่วมกัน นักเรียนที่ก่อเหตุทะเลาะวิวาทจะถูกพิจารณาโทษในแต่ละครั้งโดยให้อยู่ในดุลยพินิจของครูเวรประจำวันนั้น ๆ และเสนอชื่อให้หัวหน้าช่วงชั้นปกครองดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนต่อไป
