การตรวจรับรองระบบ GAP ของกรมวิชาการเกษตรได้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ดังนี้
1. กระบวนการผลิตที่ได้ผลิตผลปลอดภัย
2. กระบวนการที่ได้ผลิตผลปลอดภัยและปลอดภัยจากศัตรูพืช
