ผลการศึกษาตามตารางที่ 4.14 ด้านจำนวนเงินที่ซื้อสินค้าในแต่ละครั้งของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ซื้อสินค้าครั้งละ 101 - 500 บาท จำนวน 152 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 44.1 ตามด้วย ซื้อสินค้าครั้งละ 501 -1,000 บาท จำนวน 88 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.5 ตามด้วยซื้อสินค้าครั้งละ 1,001-2,000 บาท จำนวน 41 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.9 และตามด้วยซื้อสินค้าครั้งละ 1 -100 บาท จำนวน 30 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 8.7 ตามด้วยซื้อสินค้าครั้งละ 2,001-3,000 บาท จำนวน 17 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 4.9 ซื้อสินค้าครั้งละ 3,001 -4,000 บาท จำนวน 8 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 2.3 ตามด้วยซื้อสินค้าคร้ังละมากกวา่ 5,000 บาท จำนวน 7 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 2 และสุดท้ายตามด้วยซื้อสินค้าครั้งละ 4,001 - 5,000 บาท จำนวน 2 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.6 ตามลำดับ

ผลการศึกษาตามตารางที่ 4.15 วิธีการชำระเงินค่าสั่งสินค้าและบริการของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ชำระเงินค่าสั่งสินค้าและบริการด้วยการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีธนาคาร จำนวน 202 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.6 ตามด้วยการชำระผ่านการหักบัญชีธนาคาร จำนวน 60 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.4 ตามด้วยการชำระผ่านเคาน์เตอร์เซอร์วิส จำนวน 45 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 13 และตามด้วยการชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต จำนวน 21 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 6.1 ตามด้วยการชำระด้วยวิธีพัสดุเก็บเงินปลายทาง จำนวน 10 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 2.9 ตามด้วยจ่ายเงินสดเมื่อได้รับสินค้า จำนวน 5 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.4 และสุดท้ายตามด้วยการชำระผ่านเช็คเงินสดจำนวน 2 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 0.6 ตามลำดับ
