ผลการศึกษาสรุปว่า สัญญามาตรฐานFIDIC(1999) เป็นสัญญาที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในหน่วยงานภาครัฐอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและควรนำข้อกำหนดสัญญาบางข้อมาแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมจากสัญญาจ้างแนบท้ายสำนักนายกฯว่าด้วยการพัสดุ พ.ศ.2535 เพื่อลดปัญหาที่จะเกิดขึ้นตาม
