ก่อนการสัมนาพนักงานมีความตระหนักในด้านคุณภาพ 97.36 %
หลังการสัมนาพนักงานมีความตระหนักในด้านคุณภาพ 98 % ( เพิ่มขึ้น 30.64 % )
