หากไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้ทันตามกำหนดการดังกล่าว หรือด้วยเหตุผลใดๆ ก็ตาม ให้ทำการแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรต่อ HG-FM ให้รับทราบถึงเหตุล้าช้า และแจ้งกำหนดการที่คาดว่าจะเสร็จสิ้น เพื่อที่ทาง HG-FM จะได้ทำการบันทึกไว้ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบจากหน่วยงานภายนอก หรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
