การวิจัยเรื่อง “ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการด้านสาธารณสุขขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาโยงใต้ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการด้านสาธารณสุขขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาโยงใต้ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาโยงใต้ จำนวน 373 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการด้านสาธารณสุขขององค์การบริหารส่วน
ตำบลนาโยงใต้ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ให้บริการ รองลงมาคือ ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการและด้านสถานที่ให้บริการ
การค้นคว้าแบบอิสระนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ
1. เพื่อศึกษาถึงความคาดหวังของประชาชนต่อการบริการด้านสาธรณสุขในอบต.นาโยงใต้ อ.เมือง จ.ตรัง
2. เพื่อศึกษาถึงความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการบริหารจัดการด้านสาธารณสุขของอบต.นาโยงใต้
อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง
โดยผู้ศึกษาได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตตำบลนาโยงใต้
จำนวน 373 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ประชาชนมีความคาดหวังต่อการบริหารจัดการด้านสาธารณสุขในด้านเจ้าหน้าผู้ให้บริการ ด้าน
กระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านสถานที่ให้บริการ ของตำบลนาโยงใต้ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง
ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลาง
2. ประชาชนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริหารจัดการด้านสาธารณสุข ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ
ด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านสถานที่ให้บริการ ของตำบลนาโยงใต้ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดตรัง ในระดับปานกลาง
