เอกสารดังต่อไปนี้ผู้เชิญจะต้องเตรียมสำหรับการยื่นขอวีซ่า ซึ่งทุกฉบับจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 3 เดือน

1. เอกสารใบเชิญ E ซึ่งจะต้องเป็นฉบับจริงเท่านั้น

2.ใบทะเบียนราษฐ์ ( Personbevis )

3. สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง(พาสปอร์ต)หน้าแรก รวมถึงทุกหน้าที่มีการแสดงถึงการเข้า/ออกประเทศไทย

4.หากมีบุคคลสัญชาติไทยอาศัยอยู่ในสถานที่เดียวกับผู้รับรอง/ผู้เชิญ ให้แสดงใบทะเบียนราษฐ์ (Personbevis)ของบุคคลนั้นด้วย

5.หากผู้รับรอง/ผู้เชิญจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับค่าใช้จ่ายตลอดระยะเวลาการพำนักอยู่ในประเทศสวีเดนของผู้ขอวีซ่า ผู้รับรอง/เชิญจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานทางการเงิน ดังเช่น บัญชีธนาคารย้อนหลัง 3 เดือน, จดหมายรับรองการทำงานที่ระบุถึงรายได้ หรือจดหมายรับรองการรับบำนาญ
