โดยสมเด็จพระบรมโอรสาธิราชฯสยามมกุฏราชกุมาร จะเป็นองค์ประธานนำขบวนจักรยานประชาชนในวันศุกร์ที่ 11 ธันวาคม 2558 เวลา 15:00 นาฬิกา เส้นทางจะเริ่มต้นและสิ้นสุดที่บริเวณพระลานพระราชวังดุสิต โดยเริ่มจาก บริเวณลานพระราชวังดุสิต มาตามถนนราชปรารภ เข้าสู่แยกประตูน้ำ เลี้ยวขวาที่แยกราชประสงค์ เข้าสู่ถนนปทุมวันจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ถนนสีลม เข้าวงเวียนโอเดี่ยน ถนนเยาวราช สะพานพระปกเกล้าฯ ถนนวงเวียนใหญ่ ถนนอรุณอมรินทร์ หอประชุมกองทัพเรือ แยกศิริราช สะพานสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้า สนามหลวง ถนนราชดำเนินนอก มาจบที่ลานพระราชวังดุสิต รวมระยะทางประมาณ 29 กิโลเมตร โดยการจัดรูปขบวนแบ่งเป็น 4 ขบวน ประกอบด้วย

- ขบวน B พระเจ้าหลานเธอพระองค์เจ้าพัชรกิติยาภา ทรงปั่นนำขบวนข้าราชการ และประชาชน 500 คน
- ขบวน C พระเจ้าหลานเธอ พระองค์เจ้าสิริวัณณวรีนารีรัตน์ ทรงปั่นนำขบวนข้าราชการ และประชาชน 500 คน
- ขบวน D เป็นขบวนประชาชนในกรุงเทพฯที่ลงทะเบียนผ่านเว็บไซต์รวม 100,000 คน
