บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาคุณสมบัติการดับกลิ่นถ่านไม้ผสมผงชาเขียวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาศึกษาคุณสมบัติการดับกลิ่นของถ่านไม้ผสมผงชาเขียว เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันปัญหากลิ่นอันไม่พึงประสงค์ในที่อับมีให้พบ
โดยทั่ว ผู้จัดทำจึงมีแนวคิดที่จะนำถ่านไม้และใบชาเขียวมาแปรรูปเข้าด้วยกัน ให้ได้เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เดียวกัน ทำให้เกิดผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีชื่อว่า ถ่านไม้ผสมผงชาเขียวขึ้นโดยนำถ่านจากไม้มะขามมาบดให้ละเอียดผสมเข้ากับผงชาเขียว แป้งมันสำปะหลัง และน้ำในอัตราส่วนที่กำหนด ผสมให้เข้ากัน และนำไปใส่แม่พิมพ์เพื่ออัดเป็นแท่ง แล้วจึงนำไปศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้ถ่านไม้ผสมผงชาเขียว จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน เป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนวิทยานุกูลนารี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 ซึ่งนำผลมาทำเป็นข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณเพื่อวัดคุณสมบัติในการดับกลิ่นของถ่านไม้ผสมผงชาเขียว ด้วยสถิติร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจในการใช้ถ่านไม้ผสมผงชาเขียว จากการตอบแบบสอบถามของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความเห็นว่าสูตรที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ย 2.36 มีความพึงพอใจระดับปานกลาง
